Today we are introducing Yugami — a distributed software ecosystem of products built on a shared platform foundation.
Most software is built as monoliths: one codebase, one database, one everything. That works until it doesn't. Yugami takes a different shape. It is a family of products — creator tools and AI tooling — that share one account system, one secure public gateway, and one infrastructure foundation. One login works across every Yugami product, and a security or reliability improvement benefits every product at once.
Three ideas guide everything we build:
Decoupled by default. Every service is independently deployable and owns its own domain. Products can evolve without dragging each other along.
Private by default. Backend services are never exposed directly to the internet. All public traffic passes through a single, verified gateway.
Scale follows reality. Infrastructure complexity follows actual scale — not anticipated scale.
